BALANCE TIM
MARIJA ŠVIGIR
Founder of Balance Consulting
She believes one of the best things we can give ourselves is a life and work aligned with our personal values. She is driven to lead the team toward creating a sustainably flexible, individually tailored organizational culture – which is also her mission: to test and demonstrate how it is possible to create a work environment that values each individual, unlocks their potential, and, as a result, improves their performance.
Over the past 20 years, she has created and implemented programs across the relevant areas of human potential development and modern management. She has worked as an HR manager and CSR director, and has had the privilege of sharing her knowledge with more than 15,000 people across more than 1,500 trainings delivered. Through her work to date, she has become a trainer of trainers, an HR mentor for HR professionals, and a leadership coach.
Graduate psychologist, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade; Applied Psychology in Organizations, EAGLOD (European Association for Gestalt Leadership & Organizational Development); certified NLP trainer; certified NBI advisor.
Uroš’s focus is on the development of individuals, teams, and organizations. The tools and concepts he applies draw on the integration of psychology and transactional analysis.
He is guided by the idea that we often don’t fully know our own potential and resources, and that the barriers to development most often come from our attitudes and beliefs – not from our capacity.
This is precisely what gives him boundless confidence in personal growth. His goal is to raise awareness of – and “bring to life” – the enormous resource that lies within every individual and organization, so they can move beyond the limits they have set for themselves and achieve their goals.
Within Balance Consulting, he also founded the psychological counseling practice “Psihum.”
Throughout his career, he has led a wide range of HR initiatives: from establishing HR functions and defining HR procedures, through recruitment and selection and employee assessment, to individual and team development work and performance management.
His areas of interest include coaching, soft-skills training, and human resource management – specifically procedure development, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee assessment, and the creation of individual employee development plans.
Graduate psychologist, Transactional Analysis psychotherapist; certified in the application of Human Synergistics tools (OCI and OEI) for organizational culture diagnostics and management.
