Ili jednostavno niste &#8211; ho\u0107ete da u\u017eivate na druga\u010diji na\u010din: da ne radite ni\u0161ta. Sve ide po planu, ujutro na posao, pa ru\u010dak sa porodicom, pa poslepodnevna dremka.. Kasnije ho\u0107ete da se vidite sa prijateljima uz opu\u0161taju\u0107i razgovor. E onda zvoni telefon-ro\u0111ak koji danima tra\u017ei va\u0161 auto da \u201esamo ne\u0161to \u010daskom\u201c ode do grada, a pritom uporno obe\u0107ava kako \u0107e se vratiti za pola sata. Jo\u0161 i gorivo sipati. Tri puta ista pri\u010da, od obe\u0107ane re\u010di jedno veliko ni\u0161ta. \u00a0Tra\u017ei i \u010detvrti put. I \u0161ta sad?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neki ljudi \u0107e i dalje davati svoj auto na kori\u0161\u0107enje. Smatraju da uvek treba pomo\u0107i prvo njima, a ako ostane vremena za svoje planove, potrebe, \u017eelje, onda ih tek realizovati. Bliski ljudi\u00a0se po njima ne odbijaju, niti im se sme zameriti, pa makar to bilo na njihovu \u0161tetu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovakav na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja stvara nelagodu jer je u konfliktu sa sopstvenim \u017eeljama i potrebama. Sa jedne strane, postoji \u017eelja da odete sa \u017eenom\/mu\u017eem kod prijatelja, radujete se tome, a sa druge, u\u010dili su vas od malih nogu da se porodica mora po\u0161tovati na svaki mogu\u0107i na\u010din &#8211; uvek u\u010diniti uslugu, biti im dostupni 24\/7, ne ulaziti u sukobe ni slu\u010dajno.\u00a0 Spolja ova osoba deluje fleksibilno, ima osmeh na licu, \u00a0a iznutra ose\u0107a bes jer ima do\u017eivljaj da je saterana uza zid, primorana da se slo\u017ei, da prihvati tu\u0111e \u017eelje kao prioritet. Sopstvene potrebe ne ispunjavaju, ne rade ono \u0161to \u017eele ili ose\u0107aju da treba, ve\u0107 ono \u0161to drugi \u017eele i name\u0107u. Kratkoro\u010dno izbegavaju neprijatnost, ali u stvari prave dugoro\u010dniji problem jer su generalno nezadovoljni ishodom, odnosom sa ljudima, sobom, celim svetom.. I tako, posle odre\u0111enog vremena se \u017eale jer \u201eni\u0161ta nije po njenom\/njegovom\u201c. \u00a0Ose\u0107aj primoranosti, zarobljenosti, bespomo\u0107nosti (\u201eA \u0161ta sam drugo mogao da mu ka\u017eem?\u201c) se javlja iz straha da \u0107e, ukoliko se jasno izrazi, pa i odbije tog brata od tetke,\u00a0 izazvati osudu i kaznu. \u00a0Svakom sli\u010dnom situacijom se pritom samopouzdanje i samopo\u0161tovanje smanjuje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uverenje da smo dobri ljudi ako smo dostupni okolini sve vreme nas sputava da se izrazimo jasno i otvoreno.\u00a0 Vredimo i nismo sebi\u010dni ako postavimo granice nametljivom bratu. Nije na\u0161a du\u017enost da poma\u017eemo svima i da poma\u017eemo uvek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoji \u010ditav niz tehnika koje nam omogu\u0107avaju da se ne ose\u0107amo neprijatno kada ho\u0107emo da odbijemo nekog. Polaze\u0107i od toga da svako ljudsko bi\u0107e ima pravo na sopstvene potrebe, na svoj na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja, na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balance.rs\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=10535&amp;action=edit\">postavljanje granica<\/a> drugim ljudima, tako ima pravo i da se ne pravda. Svako ljudsko bi\u0107e! Na\u0161e potrebe su va\u017ene, kao i potrebe drugih ljudi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evo nekih primera:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201ePlanirao sam za pola sata da pro\u0161etam sa \u017eenom.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201eRazumem da sada nisi u mogu\u0107nosti da kupi\u0161 auto, mogu ti iza\u0107i u susret, ali mi je va\u017eno da ih vrati\u0161 kad se i dogovorimo.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201ePro\u0161li put smo se dogovorili da vrati\u0161 auto za pola sata, pa nisi. Meni je jako va\u017eno da ispo\u0161tuje\u0161 na\u0161 dogovor kako bih mogao da se organizujem.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jasno i otvoreno izra\u017eavanje svojih misli i ose\u0107anja se ve\u017eba. \u0160to vi\u0161e ve\u017ebamo, bi\u0107emo sigurniji u sebe i istrajniji u svojim stavovima.
