Deluju kao da razmi\u0161ljaju isto i u isto vreme. Akcije im izgledaju usagla\u0161eno. Kao da je sistem toliko dobro uigran da svako zna ta\u010dno \u0161ta i kad da uradi. Misli se na sve poslove koje organizacija ima, od operativnih do strate\u0161kih. Informacije koje struje organizacijom su usagla\u0161eni i slu\u017ee cilju kompanije. <strong>Govorimo o masivnim akcijama ka zadovoljenju jedne vizije.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Centriranje je deo na\u0161ih programa, ono sadr\u017ei iskustva prikupljenih iz razli\u010ditih organizacija, njihovih kultura i na\u010dina vo\u0111enja ljudi. \u00a0Istra\u017eivanja smo radili sa kompanijama koje imaju velike uspehe i naravno sa kompanijama koje apsolutne nemaju uspeh, na\u017ealost i pored dobre ideje nisu opstale. \u00a0Tako\u0111e radili smo sa konstruktivnim i uspe\u0161nim liderima, kao i sa agresivnim diktatorima. Cilj je uvek isti da vidimo kako se kod njih zaposleni sjedinjuju sa pravcem kretanja kompanije. <strong>Centriranje predstavlja pravac vo\u0111enja ljudi<\/strong>. U njemu su vredni alati\u00a0 za bilo koju izgradnju tima, bez obzira na industriju. Svi alati su izuzetno jednostavni i ve\u0107 poznati, u smislu pri\u010da se o tome i \u201e\u010duje se o njima u okru\u017eenju\u201c. Kroz centriranje sistema u\u010dimo \u010demu ti alati slu\u017ee, dajemo im smisao i kako da ih najefektivnije koristimo. Kroz njega izgra\u0111ujemo organizacione kulture, uloge i odgovornosti prema zadacima, ciljevima i drugima kako da rade za sebe i postaju bolji u svojoj praksi.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja o \u201ecentriranju\u201c do\u0161la je iz potreba da se u jednoj organizaciji zaposleni i menad\u017ement bolje razumeju i kre\u0107u u istom smeru. Dodali bi i da se pona\u0161aju u skladu sa o\u010dekivanjima organizacije. Najvi\u0161e se obra\u0111uje <strong>pona\u0161anje i tretiranje ljudi oko sebe<\/strong>, odnosno kako se prati i komunicira primarna te\u017enja organizacije.<\/p>\n<p>21 vek nam pokazuje da je sve manje i <em>manje fokusa na potrebe kompanije<\/em>. Sa jedne strane jer <strong>nije adekvatno preneta vizija<\/strong>, a sa druge strane od prevelikog priliva informacija, puno je ometa\u010da u okru\u017eenju koje nekako treba da se nadglasa. Od dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea, brzine informacija, \u0161irenjem istih informacija i razmi\u0161ljanjem o fragmentima \u017eivota \u010desto se desi da budemo odsutni od ciljeva koje nismo li\u010dno mi postavili i koje nam nisu vezani za egzistenciju. <strong>Centriranjem se vra\u0107a fokus na aktivnosti ka zajedni\u010dkim organizacionim ciljevima.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organizaciju centriramo kroz 3 glavne oblasti:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.balance.rs\/razvojni-programi\/\">trening i edukacija<\/a>, <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>opis posla \u2013 odgovornosti i uloga<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>vrednosti i vizija. Kuda idemo i kako se pona\u0161amo na tom putu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>U centriranju organizacije najvi\u0161e u\u010destvuje menad\u017ement na svim nivoima (ni\u017ei, srednji i vi\u0161i). Kada se uspostavi lanac komande, treba razmotriti koji ljudi ili odeljenja imaju re\u010d u odlukama. Menad\u017ement ne odlu\u010duje o centriranju ve\u0107 prati viziju osniva\u010da ili upravnog odbora. Menad\u017ement sprovedi ono \u0161to je dogovoreno.
