Goru\u0107e je, zanimljivo je (sa stru\u010dnog stanovi\u0161ta), i poprili\u010dno je jasno (sa istog, stru\u010dnog, stanovi\u0161ta). E sada, ovde imam opciju da temi pristupim tako \u0161to zauzmem stranu i omogu\u0107im \u0161irokim masama da se identifikuju po nesvesnom naho\u0111enju sa \u017ertvom ili nasilnikom, ja dobijem gomilu komentara u oba smera, a ovaj blog dostigne magi\u010dni ri\u010d po mre\u017eama. Ja li\u010dno nekako smatram da je parola \u201eJedino je bitno da izazove\u0161 reakciju \u0161to \u0161ireg kruga ljudi\u201c \u0161to bi na\u0161 narod rekao \u201eKako Mali Perica zami\u0161lja marketing\u201c pa \u0107u temi pristupiti malo druga\u010dije. Tako \u0161to \u0107u se potruditi da odgovorim na pitanje \u201eKako je do ovoga do\u0161lo i \u0161ta je moglo druga\u010dije usput\u201c jer bih za cilj svog marketinga stavio \u201ePo\u0161alji poruku u koju veruje\u0161 publici kojoj \u017eeli\u0161 da to ka\u017ee\u0161\u201c. Kad smo kod marketinga, plasiranja poruke pravoj publici i identifikovane i podeljene publike, pravo je vreme da se vratim na temu govora na dodeli priznanja marketing menad\u017eerke P.S. fashion-a.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Kao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balance.rs\/balance_tim\/\">HR konsultant<\/a> \u010desto imam prilike da posmatram timove i pojedince u pasivnom ili aktivnom buntu prema kompaniji, menad\u017ementu, meni ili naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e Univerzumu. Naravno, kada je bunt aktivan nekako bude jednostavnije. Tu je, vidljiv je, jasan je i na njemu mo\u017eemo da radimo. Organizujemo radionice, kreiramo odnos poverenja, osvestimo emocije i kreiramo akcioni plan unapre\u0111enja koji pratimo u narednim mesecima. Onaj bunt koji mnogo \u010de\u0161\u0107e zateknemo jeste timski pasivni bunt prema menad\u017ementu i kompaniji u celini.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mo\u017eemo da ka\u017eemo da tim ima jedan nesvesni zami\u0161ljeni album za ljutnju za koji tako\u0111e nesvesno veruju da moraju da ga popune kako bi dobili pravo na to da ljutnju i poka\u017eu. Svaki put kada menad\u017ement uradi ne\u0161to \u0161to im nije ok, tim \u0107e u taj zami\u0161ljeni album zalepiti po jedan \u201eljuti stiker\u201c. Sem par pogleda i neprijatne energije u praksi ne\u0107e uraditi puno toga ali \u0107e se u albumu na\u0107i jo\u0161 jedna sli\u010dica. Sli\u010dica po sli\u010dica, godina po godina, album se popuni taman dovoljno da tim ka\u017ee: \u201eSada imam pravo da ga i naplatim, sada \u0107emo im vratiti za sve ove godine\u201c. Ovo je proces koji se doga\u0111a jako \u010desto i prirodna je tendencija tima tako da smatram da je jedan od osnovnih zadataka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balance.rs\/razvojni-programi\/\">dobrog lidera<\/a> da ovaj proces prime\u0107uje i timu daje prostora i prilike da iskomuniciraju ljutnju, aktiviraju bunt i formiraju jasne korake za unapre\u0111enje. Drugim re\u010dima, da Odraslo i zrelo odlu\u010de o pomeranju sa mrtve ta\u010dke. Me\u0111utim lideri obi\u010dno ostanu gluvi na znake pasivnog bunta ili prosto odaberu da ih ne zanima veruju\u0107i da \u0107e se magi\u010dno isprazniti sam od sebe. Mislim da ne moram da naglasim da je to nemogu\u0107e. Pra\u017enjenje albuma funkcioni\u0161e isto kao i skupljanje nalepnica za gorivo na pumpi, \u0161to ih je vi\u0161e, nagrada je ve\u0107a. Uzmimo za primer menad\u017ement koji je godinama gluv na potrebe tima i godinama im ne daje prostora za artikulaciju ljutnje. Kako vreme prolazi, sve je lak\u0161e zalepiti novu sli\u010dicu. Svaki postupak menad\u017ementa nakon godina i godina trpljenja bi\u0107e okarakterisan kao neiskori\u0161\u0107ena prilika za ljutnju odnosno nova sli\u010dica u albumu. Nakon par godina trpljenja, davanje otkaza prosto nije dovoljno za naplatu \u010ditavog albuma. Nekako je mlako, to je naplata koja bi bila taman pre par godina, sada vi\u0161e ne. Sada je potrebno ne\u0161to dramati\u010dno i jako. Potrebno je proigrati ozbiljnu psiholo\u0161ku igru da bi naplata bila taman. Igra, kao i svaka druga predstava ima svoje ta\u010dke, a ono \u0161to smo imali prilike da vidimo je ona poslednja ta\u010dka, ta\u010dka naplate. Psiholo\u0161kih igara ima puno i o njima sam pisao u nekim ranijim blogovima, ova konkretna se zove: \u201eVidi \u0161ta si me naterao da uradim\u201c ili, \u201eVi ste krivi i odgovorni za ovaj moj postupak i sada mi je potpuno ok da vas kaznim zbog toga\u201c. Nakon ove situacije, mogli smo da vidimo i, kako u jednom od komentara pro\u010ditah autogol od odgovora kompanije koji mi je potvrdio aktivno u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u istoj igri upravo na na\u010din o kome sam pisao: Ako dovoljno puta ka\u017eemo da pasivnog bunta nema, pasivni bunt \u0107e nestati, nije na nama da ga re\u0161avamo. Ovaj stav ne samo da nije istina ve\u0107 je dijametralno suprotan od iste. Naravno da jeste. Re\u010d lider odnosno vo\u0111a zna\u010di: Onaj koji vodi. Onaj koji usmerava. Onaj koji artikuli\u0161e. I te kako je posao lidera da saziva sastanke, pri\u010da o buntu, pri\u010da o otporu, pri\u010da o zahtevima i poziva tim na akcije. Ako lider to ne uradi, tim \u0107e na\u0107i na\u010din da to sam uradi. Na\u010din na koji tim to uradi \u0107e liderima biti drasti\u010dno manje drag od onog do kojeg su mogli do\u0107i zajedno. Ra\u010dunica je jednostavna.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Vratio bih se na po\u010detak. Ne \u017eelim da biram stranu i razglabam o tome \u0161ta je i u kojoj meri istina jer je istina nekako uvek u oku posmatra\u010da. Na pitanje: \u201eKo je u pravu\u201c bih iskoristio psiholo\u0161ki d\u017eoker za odgovor a to je: \u201eZavisi, zbog \u010dega je to bitno?\u201c. Zaista za ovu na\u0161u temu i nije. Ono \u0161to je za na\u0161u temu bitno jeste proces proigravanja psiholo\u0161ke igre u kojem su vrlo va\u017enu ulogu imali i kompanija i menad\u017ement i buntovni tim. Upravo zbog toga bih \u017eeleo da poru\u010dim liderima: \u201eKomunicirajte bunt sa svojim timovima, ako vi to ne uradite, uradi\u0107e oni, kad-tad, kada oni to sami urade, ko\u0161ta\u0107e vas \u017eivaca, ugleda, a Boga mi i para.\u201c<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/urosmitic\/\"><strong>Uro\u0161 Miti\u0107<\/strong><\/a><\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kao HR konsultant \u010desto imam prilike da posmatram timove i pojedince u pasivnom ili aktivnom buntu prema kompaniji, menad\u017ementu, meni ili naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e Univerzumu.
