Nema vremena da se bavi stvarima koje&nbsp; su od su\u0161tinske va\u017enosti za opstanak i razvoj poslovanja, jer je kao pokreta\u010d svog biznisa od po\u010detka imao u mislima kuda je krenuo, koja je strategija, koje su bitne stepenice za razvoj, gde posebno usmeriti fokus.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Mora sve sam i sve je va\u017eno<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I, onda se de\u0161ava preduzetni\u010dki \u017eivot, i sve male i male stvari koje zavise od pojedinca &#8211; pokreta\u010da, koje ne mo\u017ee izbe\u0107i i nema vremena da shvati da se negde usput izgubio.<\/p>\n<p>Shvata da ve\u0107inu stvari mora sam da uradi i da bez toga ne\u0107e ni\u0161ta dalje funkcionisati.<\/p>\n<p>I, jesu svi oni apsolutno u pravu.<\/p>\n<p>To jesu stavke koje se moraju zavr\u0161iti, od odlaska do po\u0161te, banke, do toga da tra\u017eite jo\u0161 jedan papir za knjigovodstvo, jo\u0161 jedan potpis za fakturu, jo\u0161 samo jedna ispravka ponude za klijenta, jo\u0161 samo jedno korigovanje maila kolegi, jo\u0161 samo jedna pomo\u0107 oko registratora, jo\u0161 samo jedan odlazak do klijenta da se po koji put objasne razlozi za\u0161to je ne\u0161to potrebno&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I svaki taj jo\u0161 jedan zadatak je najva\u017eniji i mo\u017ee ga najbolje uraditi li\u010dno pokreta\u010d biznisa. \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; Ono \u0161to se u tom periodu de\u0161ava jeste da preduzenik, koji je imao viziju za svoje poslovanje, nema vremena da se vi\u0161e bavi tim va\u017enim delom jer ima jo\u0161 jednu stvar koju mora da zavr\u0161i.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Preduzetnik koji je izgubio viziju<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Rad sa preduzetnicima nam je pokazao da se ve\u0107ina upravo nalaze u ovoj ili sli\u010dnoj situaciji i to iz razloga jer nisu sigurni kako da naprave dalji korak, daju zadatke drugima i da poveruju da \u0107e sve biti u redu, jer jedino oni znaju koliko su volje, truda i ljubavi ulo\u017eili u ono \u0161to rade i koliko im je to va\u017eno.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Toliko im je svaki segment va\u017ean da ne mogu u trenutku da odvoje \u0161ta je zadatak za njih, a \u0161ta mogu da delegiraju, \u0161ta da ostave za kasnije, a \u0161ta je prioritet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Menad\u017ement coaching za rezultat kod preduzetnika je imao &#8211; kristalniju sliku, vra\u0107anje preduzetnika na njegov cilj, postavljanje fokusa za svaki radni dan, delegiranja zadataka, rad na sebi i menjanje uverenja -ne moram sve sam\/sama- kroz akcione korake.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Za\u0161to je menad\u017ement coaching dao dobre rezultate kod preduzetnika?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Vreme &#8211; Preduzetnik nema puno slobodnog vremena na raspolaganju &#8211; coaching se alatima fokusira na ono \u0161to je va\u017eno<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Akcija &#8211; Preduzetnik prepoznaje i ceni akciju, ne voli da &#8220;tapka&#8221; u mestu.
