Slu\u0161ao sam \u0161ta ih mu\u010di, odgovarao na njihova pitanja i upu\u0107ivao ih u to \u0161ta je tr\u017ei\u0161te rada i kako ga pre\u017eiveti. Sve one celine o komunikaciji, feedback-u, upravljanju projektima ili upravljanju vremenom o kojima smo pri\u010dali izazivale su pa\u017enju i znati\u017eelju ali kada na red do\u0111e tema \u0161ta je to CV i \u0161ta tu treba da pi\u0161e, \u0161ta je to predselekcija, a \u0161ta intervju nekako u svim tim grupama dah stane i upija se svaka re\u010d.<\/p><p><br><\/p><h3>\u0160ta nas (ne)u\u010de u \u0161koli?<\/h3>\n<p>Jako je tu\u017eno \u0161to sve te mlade ljude na fakultetima u\u010de koje godine je napisana teorija koja je prestala da se primenjuje negde oko Titove smrti, a ne objasne im \u0161ta se to radi kada se uzme diploma u ruke. Jako je tu\u017eno \u0161to tim ljudima ne objasne kako to izgleda CV, \u0161ta je motivaciono pismo, \u0161ta se to pita na intervjuu za posao i \u0161ta to mi radimo kada oni odu.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Nakon razgovora sa ovih stotinak mladih ljudi mogu sa sigurno\u0161\u0107u da tvrdim da na fakultetima sazrevaju fenomelani ljudi preuni ideja i&nbsp; kompetenci, vrlo usmereni i motivisani i jako kreativni. Ba\u0161 ba\u0161 ba\u0161 onakvi ljudi kakve menad\u017eeri opisuju kada nam defini\u0161u idealnog kandidata.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon par stotina ura\u0111enih intervjua za posao mogu sa sigurno\u0161\u0107u da tvrdim da sve te mlade ljude niko nije nau\u010dio \u0161ta to njih \u010deka kada uzmu diplomu u \u0161ake. Obzirom na to da niko od njih nema ni pribli\u017enu sliku toga \u0161to ga \u010deka kada krene u proces tra\u017eenja posla, svi oni krenu da zami\u0161ljaju kako to izgleda. Zami\u0161ljaju kako to izgleda kada u\u0111u u kancelariju sa regruterima i zami\u0161ljaju pitanja i reakcije na odgovore. I naravno budu apsolutno prele\u0111eni onim \u0161to su zamislili. Zbog toga, mi na intervjuima dobijamo blage slike potencijala tih mladih ljudi. Dobijamo samo ono \u0161to uspe da iza\u0111e iz njih dok su paralisani tremom ili pak koncentrisani na nebulozne savete neverbalne komunikacije.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Zamislite to ovako: dolazite na ne\u0161to gde nikada ranije niste bili i nemate predstavu kako to izgleda, zami\u0161ljate to kao ulitmativni ispit va\u0161ih sposobnosti na kome \u0107e neka grupa ljudi procenjivati da li ste dovoljno dobri. Telo vam je paralisano tremom ali ste na netu pro\u010ditali da je najbolje stopala dr\u017eati pod uglom&nbsp; od 45 stepeni u odnosu na ulazna vrata, a levu obrvu u dijagonali sa desnim kolenom dok kontakt o\u010dima sa sagovornikom (stra\u0161nim sudijom) traje do tri sekunde.<\/p>\n<p>E sada, zamislite da uz sve to od malopre treba da predstavite svoje potencijale dok odgovarate na pitanja koja prvi put \u010dujete bez predstave o tome \u0161ta vas to i zbog \u010dega pitaju, na primer: probajte da se setite situacije kada ste pokazali ve\u0161tine prezentovanja proizvoda, a da za prezentaciju niste imali dovoljno vremena dok je u publici bilo vi\u0161e od 14 ljudi.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Nije lako? Naravno da nije.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Osnovni cilj na tim radionicama mi je bio da tim fenomenalnim mladim ljudima objasnim da se tokom intervjua pona\u0161aju prirodno. Da nemamo uglomer kojim merimo polo\u017eaj stopala, da ne \u010ditamo sudbinu iz pogleda i da nemamo pitanja od kojih se umire. Ideja mi je bila da im pribli\u017eim ovaj proces, da ih upoznam sa time \u0161ta mi to radimo, \u0161ta je ok, a \u0161ta nije ok. Svako od u\u010desnika je oti\u0161ao sa savetom da se pona\u0161a i obu\u010de onako kao kada prvi put ode kod nekoga na slavu. Da ima vi\u0161e pokreta od voditelja dnevnika, a manje pokreta od voditeljke vremenske prognoze. Da je odgovor \u201enisam imao takvu situaciju\u201c ok odgovor. Da je jako lejm re\u0107i da vam je mana to da mnogo radite i da se na pitanje o tome zbog \u010dega ste dali otkaz u prethodnoj firmi odgovara isto kao kada ih babe pitaju \u0161to su raskinuli vezu sa \u201eputevi su nam se razdvojili\u201c i sli\u010dno.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Kada bi svaki student \u010duo da na intervjuu ne merimo \u201enepromenjivi op\u0161ti kvalitet osobe\u201c i ne pratimo mikro pokrete o\u010dnih kapaka u cilju merenja \u201enepromenjivog op\u0161teg kvaliteta osobe\u201c smatram da bi u toj kancelariji upravo pokazali to koliko su ambiciozni, vredni, odgovorni, kreativni, posve\u0107eni i proaktivni.
