Iako je rad na sebi koristan i \u010dak neophodan kako bi bolje razumeli i sebe i druge, retko se odgovara na pitanje &#8211; kako?<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kako zapo\u010deti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balance.rs\/coaching\/\">rad na sebi<\/a> i \u0161ta to ta\u010dno zna\u010di?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Da bismo uop\u0161te po\u010deli da \u201eradimo na sebi\u201c potrebno je da prvo dozvolimo sebi slobodu da ose\u0107amo ono \u0161to ose\u0107amo, da ka\u017eemo ono \u0161to mislimo i da tra\u017eimo ono \u0161to \u017eelimo a sve to ba\u0161 nekako nije u skladu sa na\u010dinom vaspitanja koji je decenijama unazad zastupljen na ovim prostorima.<\/p>\n<p>Koliko puta smo kada nas neko pita \u201e\u0160ta ti je?\u201c odgovorili sa \u201eNi\u0161ta, sve je OK.\u201c iako smo u sebi u tom trenutku mo\u017eda kipteli od besa ili tuge? Na taj na\u010din \u0161aljemo pome\u0161ane signale na\u0161oj okolini jer na\u0161a neverbalna komunikacija jasno pokazuje da nam je lo\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201eNemoj da pla\u010de\u0161; ne sme\u0161 tako da misli\u0161; ne mora svet da zna; pa nije ni drugima bolje\u201c, su samo neki od programa pona\u0161anja koji se prenose sa kolena na koleno pogre\u0161no nas u\u010de\u0107i da postoje nedozvoljene emocije.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>I dok tako la\u017eemo druge, da li la\u017eemo i sebe?<\/h3>\n<p>Majke, da li ste ikada priznale makar sebi da vas va\u0161e dete ba\u0161 nervira ponekad i da u tom trenutku ne ose\u0107ate ljubav?&nbsp; Probajte, to je OK, ne \u010dini vas manje dobrim majkama ni \u017eenama.<\/p>\n<p>Da li ste umesto gun\u0111anja uku\u0107anima kako je ku\u0107a neuredna sa&nbsp; &#8211; \u0160ta ako neko do\u0111e, pomisli\u0107e da smo divljaci &#8211; jednostavno rekle \u201eOse\u0107am se lo\u0161e kada \u010distim va\u0161 nered umesto vas.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Jeste li razmi\u0161ljali o tome za\u0161to vam neko smeta? \u0160ta ZAISTA ose\u0107ate kada mislite o toj osobi? I \u0161ta god da je va\u0161 odgovor i TO je OK.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Emocije su sastavni deo na\u0161ih \u017eivota i pro\u017eimaju sve na\u0161e va\u017ene odnose \u2013 odnose sa porodicom, prijateljima, kolegama i partnerima. Emocije nas obave\u0161tavaju da se oko nas de\u0161ava ne\u0161to \u0161to nam je va\u017eno. Ako ste tu\u017eni, recite to, jer sve drugo \u0161to biste rekli nije istina. Imate pravo da ose\u0107ate i tugu i bes i ljutnju i zavist i ponos&#8230;.ne postoje zabranjene emocije.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8230;&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">OSE\u0106AM ONO \u0160TO ZAISTA OSE\u0106AM umesto onoga \u0161to treba da ose\u0107am.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trebalo bi da vam bude drago \u0161to je sestra va\u0161eg de\u010dka zavr\u0161ila fakultet, ali nije vam drago. Za\u0161to vam nije drago? \u0160ta zaista ose\u0107ate? Tek kad osvestite svoja prava ose\u0107anja mo\u017eete da se dalje bavite tom temom. Ako je zavist, zbog \u010dega je zavist? I malo po malo daju\u0107i sebi slobodu da ose\u0107ate ono \u0161to zaista ose\u0107ate pove\u0107avate samospoznaju i pokre\u0107ete intenzivan rad na sebi.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8230; TRA\u017dIM ONO \u0160TO \u017dELIM umesto da uvek \u010dekam dozvolu.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n<p>Koliko puta ste ostali razo\u010darani ili \u010dak ljuti jer neko nije umeo da \u010dita izme\u0111u redova. Tra\u017eite ono \u0161ta \u017eelite, iznenadi\u0107ete se koliko tako olaka\u0161avate i drugima.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8230;&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">PREUZIMAM RIZIKE I ODGOVORNOST umesto da uvek biram samo sigurnost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi se pitate. Odgovorni ste i za ono \u0161to \u010dinite kao i za ono \u0161to ne \u010dinite, svaka sloboda nosi sa sobom odgovornost.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Za\u0161to je to te\u0161ko? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Uglavnom, te\u0161ko je zbog straha. Straha od odbacivanja, od gubitka, zbog lo\u0161ih uspomena na trenutke kada ste rekli kako se zaista ose\u0107ate pa to nije pro\u0161lo najbolje, zbog toga \u0161to neki ljudi mo\u017eda zaista nisu emotivno zreli da se nose sa va\u0161im pravim JA.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, vredno je truda. Neki ka\u017eu da su \u201eprodisali\u201c, drugi da su upoznali sebe mnogo bolje, tre\u0107i da su im se popravili odnosi sa bliskim ljudima. Probajte sami, pa javite kako se ose\u0107ate.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><i>*Vir\u017einija Satir (1916 \u2013 1988) je bila me\u0111unarodno priznat psihoterapeut i autor koja je svoj rad posvetila porodi\u010dnoj terapiji. Tokom duge karijere razvila je sistemske na\u010dine kako da pomogne ljudima da se razvijaju i menjaju.
