Svakodnevno smo okru\u017eeni prilikama da je\u00a0 koristimo &#8211; u timskom radu, na radnom mestu, u porodi\u010dnom okru\u017eenju- i kada to dobro radimo ona zaista \u010dini \u010duda. Efikasna pohvala mo\u017ee trajno pove\u0107ati ne\u010diju produktivnost. Tako\u0111e, pohvala mo\u017ee drasti\u010dno promeniti ne\u010dije samopouzdanje. U najmanju ruku, mo\u017ee u\u010diniti ne\u010diji dan boljim i lep\u0161im.<\/p>\n<p>Kada sam nedavno u jednoj kompaniji dr\u017eala trening, na po\u010detku smo se osvrnuli i pri\u010dali o tome koje tehnike, alate su sa prethodnog susreta primenili i da li funkcioni\u0161u. Jedan od u\u010desnika je naveo da je njegov najve\u0107i utisak sa prethodnog treninga pri\u010da o pohvalama. Na pitanje da li je do sada pohvaljivao ljude iz svog tima, rekao je da nije. Smatrao je da se to podrazumeva, da oni znaju da je zadovoljan njihovim radom. U kakvoj zabludi mo\u017eemo biti zbog podrazumevanja i koliko se \u010desto na\u0111emo zapravo <em>u ovoj zamci.<\/em>\u00a0 Ne mo\u017eemo \u010ditati tu\u0111e misli. Bez informacije o tome da li ne\u0161to dobro radimo, kao da imamo povez preko o\u010diju i ne znamo da li je pravac u kome idemo dobar.<\/p>\n<h2>Koncept davanja efektivne pohvale<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>I nivo- Bazi\u010dna pohvala<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Va\u0161a pohvala na ovom nivou treba da uklju\u010duje slede\u0107a tri elementa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Ime osobe koju hvalite<\/em>&#8211; to predstavlja po\u0161tovanje osobe. Najsla\u0111a re\u010d u u\u0161ima ve\u0107ine ljudi je zvuk sopstvenog imena. Ako ste se obratili osobi po imenu, to zna\u010di da znate njeno ime, da ste je primetili. Jedna od najve\u0107ih ljudskih potreba je upravo da budu prime\u0107eni. \u010cesto se u\u010desnici iznenade i drago im bude kada i nakon odre\u0111enog vremena i dalje pamtim njihova imena. Uglavnom se pitaju kako ih sve da zapamtim s obzirom da kroz treninge pro\u0111e veliki broj u\u010desnika. Zaista mi je va\u017eno da svaku osobu oslovim imenom, da je uva\u017eim i verujem da mi iz tog razloga pam\u0107enje imena ide lako. \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li><em>Specifi\u010dna stvar koju ste primetili, gde i kada. <\/em>Ako je va\u0161a pohvala nejasna mo\u017ee zvu\u010dati neiskreno. Uporedite slede\u0107e dve pohvale:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Ju\u010dera\u0161nji trening je bio odli\u010dan.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">I<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Marija, bila sam ju\u010de impresionirana &#8211; primetila sam da si pratila grupu, na svako pitanje dala si odgovor, dr\u017eala si pa\u017enju u\u010desnicima. Zaista odli\u010dno radi\u0161 svoj posao.<\/span> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prva izjava mo\u017ee biti delotvorna, me\u0111utim sa drugom izjavom vi ukazujete da po\u0161tujete osobu, oslovljavaju\u0107i je imenom, pokazujete da ste videli i primetili \u0161ta ona radi i da imate pozitivno mi\u0161ljenje o tome. Navode\u0107i vreme, mesto i druge detalje, osoba \u0107e vam verovati.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Iskrenost- <\/em>va\u017eno je da kada dajete pohvalu zaista to i mislite. Razmi\u0161ljajte o osobi koju \u017eelite da pohvalite. Budite otvoreni da primetite \u0161ta radi kako treba. Kada upu\u0107ujete pohvalu, vi pravite razliku izme\u0111u ispravnog i pogre\u0161nog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>II nivo- Napredna pohvala<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kada ovladate bazi\u010dnim pohvalama, vreme je da pre\u0111ete na napredni nivo. Na ovom nivou pre nego \u0161to uputite pohvalu zastanite i zapitajte se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201eKoju pozitivnu osobinu \u017eelim da razvijem, negujem u svom timu?\u201c To mogu biti: fokusiranost, saose\u0107ajnost, kreativnost, biti timski igra\u010d&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Kada primetite pona\u0161anje koje oslikava pozitivnu osobinu, na kraju pohvale to treba i navesti: <em>Marija, bila sam ju\u010de impresionirana \u2013 primetila sam da si pratila grupu, na svako pitanje dala si odgovor, dr\u017eala si pa\u017enju u\u010desnicima. Zaista odli\u010dno radi\u0161 svoj posao i <u>sve vreme si bila fokusirana. Mislim da je zaista va\u017eno da trener ima fokusiranost. <\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dragi roditelji, ovo se potpuno odnosi i u kontekstu pohvale deteta. Kada \u017eelite da se neko pona\u0161anje ili\u00a0 osobina u\u010dvrsti kod va\u0161eg deteta, pohvalite ih na na\u010dine koji su gore navedeni.<\/p>\n<p>I kako da zavr\u0161im ovaj blog nego pohvalom. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Andrija, deci je sa tobom mnogo zabavno.
