Koliko se vodi ra\u010duna o me\u0111uljudskim odnosima u va\u0161oj firmi? U firmi u kojoj ja radim 100%. Ne znam za vas, meni je ova nedelja jedna od onih kada su no\u0107i neprospavane, tokom kojih sledi skidanje temperature jednom, drugom detetu, jurnjava u de\u010diji dispanzer, apoteku i ne stignete da razmislite o sebi. I onda sa podo\u010dnjacima ispod o\u010diju, \u201eodvu\u010dete\u201c se nekako na posao gde se od vas o\u010dekuje da obavite svoje zadatke, a mene do\u010deka pitanje: \u201e<em>Kako si ti?\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ovih dana sam razmi\u0161ljala da li i drugi ljudi imaju ovu privilegiju kao i ja? Koliko je \u010desto da poslodavac ima razumevanja za zaposlene odnosno <strong>biti \u010dovek<\/strong>. Znam, neki \u0107e re\u0107i treba biti profesionalan i napraviti balans. I sla\u017eem se da na poslu treba biti fokusiran na zadatke ali nekad smo slabi, ranjivi jer smo na kraju krajeva samo ljudska bi\u0107a, a ne roboti.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to sam odgovorila na pitanje ve\u0107 sam se ose\u0107ala bolje i spremnije da \u010dujem koje zadatke za taj dan imam.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 posao je takav da smo u konstantnoj interakciji sa ljudima na treninzima, radionicama ili sastancima i ljudi su nam zaista va\u017eni. Va\u017eno nam je da ostvarimo most poverenja jer na taj na\u010din saznajemo \u0161ta je klijentu ta\u010dno potrebno. I ljudi nam veruju i tu vrednost prepoznaju jer je i sami \u017eivimo!<\/p>\n<p>Iz ugla zaposlenog razmatrala sam koje benefite poslodavac mo\u017ee da ima neguju\u0107i i ula\u017eu\u0107i u me\u0111uljudske odnose i ovo su samo neke od prednosti sna\u017enih me\u0111uljudskih odnosa:<\/p>\n<h3><em>Lojalnost<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Mario Puzo je rekao: \u201eSnaga porodice, ba\u0161 kao i armije, zasniva se na lojalnosti njenih \u010dlanova.\u201c Ova misao se odnosi u potpunosti i na poslovni kontekst. Biti lojalan zna\u010di da sa ostalima iz zajednice delimo isti vrednosti sistem i da stavove branimo \u010dak i kad postoji druga\u010dije mi\u0161ljenje. Deljenjem istih vrednosti koje su potkrepljene dobrim me\u0111uljudskim odnosima pove\u0107avate zadr\u017eavanje zaposlenih i ne dolazi do fluktuacije. Na kraju poslodavac koji ula\u017ee u iste ljude dobija obu\u010den i kvalifikovan tim zaposlenih.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Produktivnost<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Sna\u017eni odnosi stvaraju prijatnu atmosferu u radnom okru\u017eenju i to svakako pove\u0107ava motivaciju zaposlenih. Ose\u0107aju\u0107i se vi\u0161e povezanim sa svojim radnim mestom, prirodno je da \u0107e se zaposleni truditi da doprinesu odr\u017eavanju kompanije i podr\u017eati njen rast. Ako gledamo iz finansijskog ugla, firme koje su investirale u programe odnosa sa zaposlenima do\u017eivljavale su pove\u0107anje produktivnosti, a samim tim pove\u0107ana produktivnost dovodi do pove\u0107anja profita.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Manje konflikata<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Kada je okru\u017eenje na poslu efikasno i prijateljsko, smanjuje se stepen sukoba na radnom mestu. Manje sukoba dovodi do toga da zaposleni budu u stanju da se koncentri\u0161u na zadatke koji su na raspolaganju i zbog toga su produktivniji.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja i statistika vode do zaklju\u010dka: <strong>Sre\u0107na, a zatim i motivisana radna snaga je produktivna radna snaga.<\/strong> Stvaranje zdravog i efikasnog radnog okru\u017eenja sa dobrim rukovo\u0111enjem i sna\u017enim odnosom izme\u0111u poslodavca i zaposlenog mo\u017ee biti klju\u010d za uspeh poslovanja.<\/p>\n<p>Autor: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balance.rs\/pocetna-nova\/konsultanti\/\">Jelena Maru\u0161i\u0107<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Za po\u010detak imam jedno pitanje.
