Ne mislim da je vredno ikakvog truda. Zaista.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Da vidimo \u0161ta na Facebook-u.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A na Fox Life-u?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prvo da skuvam veliku \u0161olju kafe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ili da pregledam mail?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ipak Fox. Danas je moj dan, misli\u0107u o novom projektu sutra. Sutra je novi dan.<\/p>\n<p>Sve bi bilo jako lepo da je na\u0161a junjakinja svima poznata Skarlet O\u2019Hara sa svojom \u010duvenom replikom. Ali nije. Na\u0161a junjakinja ima ozbiljan problem. Ona prokrastinira. I toga je svesna.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010daju da ste primetili kod sebe sli\u010dne simptome, red je da vam otrkijemo pozadinu va\u0161eg stanja. Ovakav stav prema obavezama, ili \u017eivotu uop\u0161te naziva se prokastrinacija.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ta je to prokrastinacija, zapravo?<\/h2>\n<p>Prokastrinaciju defini\u0161emo kao stanje u kojem odla\u017eemo zadatke i odluke za kasnije, usled jakog ose\u0107aja frustracije, bilo da je re\u010d o dosadnom, te\u0161kom, ili neprijatnom zadatku.<\/p>\n<p>I mada prolastrinator do\u017eivljava trenutno, kratkoro\u010dno olak\u0161anje zbog neizlaganja neprijatnosti date obaveze, on ubrzo zapada u stanje kri\u017ee savesti i anksioznosti \u0161to dovodi do razvijanja jake averzije prema zadatku koji je prvobitno odlo\u017een. I tu po\u010dinje za\u010darani krug.<\/p>\n<p>Sa druge strane, ne smemo me\u0161ati promenu plana ili trenutno odlaganje obaveza za kasnije sa prokastrinacijom. \u00a0Ste\u010dena navika odlaganja obaveza je ono \u0161to prokastrijancija u su\u0161tini jeste.<\/p>\n<p>A navika je se tako te\u0161ko re\u0161iti. Posebno jer ih u\u010dimo i razvijamo godinama. Ono \u0161to je vama, \u010ditaocu i prokastrinatoru zajedni\u010dko je da ste i vi i on svesni pora\u017eavaju\u0107e lo\u0161eg u\u010dinka i kvaliteta \u017eivota usled prokastrinacije. Shodno tome, name\u0107e se pitanje: kako je se re\u0161iti?<\/p>\n<h2>Kako re\u0161iti problem odlaganja obaveza?<\/h2>\n<p>Sam postupak nije lak. Mo\u017ee da bude tegoban i zamoran. Prva etapa u re\u0161avanju negativnog obrasca pona\u0161anja je jedan intenzivan pogled u sebe samog. Prokastrinator je svestan svojih postupaka, a jo\u0161 va\u017enije, svestan je i njihovih posledica. Odakle onda krenuti?<\/p>\n<p>Imajte uvek na umu da je malo zapravo mnogo. I da svaki po\u010detak u ra\u0161\u010di\u0107avanju sa negativnim obrascima nije lak. Mali korak, mali uspeh, ali i mala frustracija.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010dnite od hijerarhije prioriteta. Neka vam cilj budu manji zadaci i obaveze. Ne postavljajte pred sebe prevelike zalogaje, premda mislite kako ste za njih spremni.<\/p>\n<p>Ne postavljajte pred sebe kratke rokove. Dajte sebi vreme da izvr\u0161ite obavezu. Posmatrajte sebe, svoje rekacije i put do cilja. Trebalo je mnogo vremena da se prokatstrinacija kao obrazac pona\u0161anja ustali, bi\u0107e potrebno jednako mnogo vremena da je se re\u0161ite. Najva\u017enije je ne opteretiti sebe nepotrebnom frustracijom i anksiozno\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n<p>Motivi\u0161ite sebe tako \u0161to \u0107ete sebi nakon ostavrenog makar i malog cilja pru\u017eiti neku vrstu nagrade. Kod svakog u\u010denja je va\u017ena povratna informacija. Naro\u010dito ako patite od manjka samopouzdanja. Neka to bude ne\u0161to simboli\u010dno: \u00a0poslastica, topla kupka, bilo \u0161ta \u0161to \u0107e vas uveriti u pozitivan ishod va\u0161eg ulo\u017eenog napora.<\/p>\n<p>I najva\u017enije od svega: ne odustajte. Budite uporni. Po\u010detni neuspeh, ne zna\u010di nu\u017eno i trajni neuspeh. Prokastrinacija je ne\u0161to \u0161to je posledica li\u010dnih uverenja, ali pogre\u0161nih.
